Every email sent using the M25 Group service will contain; (a) A subject line that is not false or misleading, (b) an option for the recipient to unsubscribe from or opt-out of any future communications. This condition may not apply if M25 Group sends a transactional email where these requirements are not otherwise required by law. We confirm that any opt-out, unsubscribe, do not call and do not send request will be actioned promptly and M25 will remove details from our communication database at the earliest opportunity.
Employees and contractors must not use their M25 email addresses for personal use. Only use your M25 email address for M25 business-related activities and linked organisational activity. All employees must use their personal email address for personal activities, including purchasing and selling of goods, internet banking and any other private activity, failure to comply may lead to disciplinary action.
