“Community Content” means all content, including without limitation, language, data, information, and images, provided through or disclosed by use of the M25 Group Community, whether by us, our customers, or other users of the M25 Group Community. Community Content does not include Your Content.
“Community Guidelines” means the policies applicable to users of the M25 Group Community, which we have published on our site.
“M25 Group Community” means the online community accessible at community.m25group.co.uk.
“Sensitive Information” means credit or debit card numbers; personal financial account information; phone numbers; addresses; passport numbers; driver’s license numbers or similar identifiers; employment, financial or health information, including any information subject to regulations, laws or industry standards designed to protect data privacy and security.
“Third-Party Services” means non-embedded professional services provided by third parties that interoperate with or are used in connection with the Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal”. These products and services include non-M25 Group apps available from, for example, our marketplaces, directories, and links made available through the Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal” and non-M25 Group services listed on services.M25 Group.co.uk.
The Rules supplement any third party terms and conditions that may apply to your use of platforms not owned by The M25 Group.
“Third-Party Sites” means third-party websites linked from within or accessed through the M25 Group Community.
“M25 Group”, “we”, “us” or “our” means M25 Group, Inc. and our affiliates.
“You” or “your” means the person or entity using the M25 Group Community.
“Your Content” means all content, including without limitation, language, data, information, and images, provided through or disclosed by use of the M25 Group Community by you.
