These User Terms and Conditions (together with the documents referred to in them) set out the terms on which you may use the and the Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal. Please read these Community User Terms and Conditions carefully before you start accessing the Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal and/or the M25 Community Service. By using the Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal, you indicate that you accept these User Terms and Conditions and you agree to abide by them at all times.
We will provide you access to use the M25 Group Community according to the terms of this Agreement. In addition, we may use third-party service providers to provide some or all elements of the M25 Group Community. In order to access and use the M25 Group Community, you may be required to establish a username with a third-party service provider, and you grant us the right to share the information necessary to enable your use of the M25 Group Community with our third-party service providers.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of Client Portal/”M25 Move Management Portal security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. The M25 Group has the right to disable any account, username or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in M25’s opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Rules.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Community. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Community through your internet connection are aware of these Rules and that they comply with them.
You may not use a username that: (i) belongs to someone else, (ii) impersonates another person, (iii) is misleading, (iv) violates any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, (v) is vulgar or offensive, (vi) uses ‘M25 Group’ as all or part of it, unless we provide express permission to do so, or (vii) we reject, which we may choose to do in our discretion. All information you provide in your profile must be accurate. If you believe your access to or use of the M25 Group Community has been breached, compromised, or unauthorised, notify us immediately at security@M25 Group.com.
The M25 Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service they provide to the Community without notice (see below). M25 will not be liable if, for any reason, the Community is unavailable at any time or for any period.
