Do you offer packing crates delivery?
It’s all part of the service. We offer a reusable packing crate rental service, with a minimum charge of £70. We deliver to most London postcode addresses, to set it up please login to your portal – main dashboard – 4th icon on the right hand side 🙂
What are wardrobe boxes?
The last thing you want are creased shirts and suits after a move. These boxes allow you to hang clothes neatly and securely. We provide five boxes for every move, and take them away with us at the end of the day.
Do I need to empty the fridge and freezer?
If there is anything breakable inside then yes. But food and drinks can stay put. They are regularly the last things to be put on the van, and the first off, so if the move is a short distance there’s no need to empty them.
Can I travel in the van?
Sorry to say there’s not going to be any room. Our vans carry a three-man crew and your stuff, and there’s no room for a stowaway. ☺
Do I need to confirm my move?
The short answer is no! Once you’ve made a reservation you’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need to know and the login for your portal. The only thing we ask is if things change for any reason you let us know as soon as possible.
Do I need to tip the movers?
Do you tip the pizza delivery person? A pizza only weighs only 300 grams. The average home (2 bedroom) weighs 2.5 tons – that’s over 8K pizzas 🙂

M25 Movers is fully insured for workplace and public liability so any accidents are covered, and there is nothing for you to worry about.
What happens if the van’s not big enough?
It sometimes happens, but trust us our vans are bigger than most. Even so, it’s not a problem, we can usually call up another van if available, and otherwise two trips are in order. We plan to get the job done as speedily as possible.
